Delivery
TechStar provides Next Day Delivery for only €5.99 on all orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland. Most orders received before 1pm will be shipped on the same day.
Any order received after 1pm will be shipped next day, adding an extra working day to the delivery service.
Due to high demand on our delivery services, please allow 3-5 working days before contacting our support team.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on Saturday or Sunday (Public Holidays).
You will receive notification when your order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number as standard.
Orders
All orders received are validated to prevent fraud and although we normally complete this within hours, in some cases it can take longer, particularly for high volume, high value items like computers. If fraud is suspected, our policy is to hold orders until all details can be verified with the customer. You may be asked to provide additional information to prove your identity if our system detects fraudulent activity.
